George Fontaine (b. September 28, 1960) is a Republican member of the Hawaii House of Representatives. He has represented District 11 and served as House Minority Whip since 2011.

Fontaine is a consultant at HNU Energy, a Maui firm that specializes in LED lighting and solar voltaics. He owned Maui Gateway, a local internet service provider, from 1996 to 2005, and served as a captain in the Maui Police Department from 1980 to 2005. He earned an A.S. in the Administration of Justice from the University of Hawai at Maui.
