Georgia Nursing home worker fined in vote fraud case

Courtney Griener of Lakehaven Nursing Home was found guilty of improperly assisting residents in registering and voting. Griener has been issued a $1,000 fine. She plead guilty to registering to vote two residents and completing absentee ballots for three more.[1]

Griener insists that she was only following the wishes of those she was helping, she was unaware that her actions were in violation of the law.[1]
