The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Nick Vazzana is unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Karel Crawford will face incumbent Glenn Cordelli, and Christopher Burbank in the Republican primary.[2]
