Shall the tax limitation on general ad valorem taxes within the City of Grant (the "City") imposed under Section 9.1 of the City Charter be renewed to 1.00 mill ($1.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) on taxable real and personal property within the City for a period of four years (to expire after the July 1, 2015 tax levy), to provide funds to pay the costs of providing public safety and police protection, and shall the City levy the renewal in millage for this purpose, thereby raising an estimated $15,386 in year one of this levy?
