Greg Hinkle (b. November 12, 1946) is a former Republican member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 7 from 2009 to 2013.

Hinkle attended Skagit Valley Junior College in 1965. He later received his diploma from Harcourt Learning Direct in 2000.

Hinkle served in the United States Army National Guard from 1966 to 1972. He was then Post Master for the United States Postal Service from 1989 to 1991. He has been a self-employed Custom Woodworker since 1991.

Hinkle was Chair of the Sanders County Planning Board from 1997 to 2000. He was a candidate for the Montana State Senate in 2000 but was not elected.
