Gregory Horn was a Green Party candidate in the September 13 special election for the New York State Assembly, District 144. The special election was called to fill the vacancy created when Sam Hoyt (D) resigned from the Assembly and accepted a senior position at Empire State Development Corporation.[1]

Horn is the owner of A to Z Home Restoration.

Horn was defeated by Sean Ryan (D) in the September 13, 2011 special election. Sean Kipp (R) also ran for the seat.[2]
