|“||Shall Grosse Ile Township impose an increase of up to 1.00 mill ($ 1.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) in the total tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for a period of five (5) years from 2012 through 2016 inclusive, to provide funds for the purpose of maintaining the current law enforcement operations on Grosse Ile, specifically for Police Department funds, raising an estimated $552,000 in the first year the millage is approved and levied?||”|
