Hamilton Chang was a Republican candidate for District 17 of the Illinois House of Representatives in the state's November 2, 2010 general election.

Chang lost election to the 17th District seat in the Illinois House of Representatives against Democrat Daniel K. Biss. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on February 2nd. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[1]
