Harry Blevins has been a Republican member of the Virginia State Senate since 2001, representing the 14th district.

Blevins received a B.S. at East Carolina University and a M.Ed. at University of Virginia. Blevins is a retired educator. He is also a member of the Centerville Baptist Church. From 1998-2001 Blevins served on the House of Delegates.

On November 8, 2011, Blevins won re-election to District 14 of the Virginia State Senate. He was unchallenged in the August 23 primary and ran unopposed in the November 8 general election.[1]

2007

On Nov. 6, 2007, Blevins won re-election to the 14th District Seat in the Virginia State Senate, defeating opponent Donald Tabor (L).[2]

Blevins raised $105,867 for his campaign while Tabor raised $4,382.[3]
