Harry Brooks (b. September 4, 1946) is a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 19. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002. Brooks currently serves as Assistant Minority Leader.

Biography

Brooks attended the University of Tennessee. He then received his B.A. in Speech/Communication from Carson-Newman College in 1969. Brooks has worked as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Brooks served as a member of the Knox County School Board from 1992 to 1996. He has been the President of Security Services since 1997.
