Morgan is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pharmacy at the Medical College of Virginia. Harvey Morgan is a former Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 98 from 1980 to 2012.

Morgan is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pharmacy at the Medical College of Virginia. He previously worked as a pharmacist/Co-Owner of Morgans Drug Store from 1960-1989, and served in the United States Navy from 1955-1957.[1]

He was born in Gloucester, Va. on August 18, 1930. He attended primary and secondary school in Gloucester before going to Hampden-Sydney College, where he graduated with his bachelor's degree. He then attended the School of Pharmacy at the Medical College of Virginia.[2]

Morgan's answers to the Virginia State Legislative Election 1999 National Political Awareness Test are available. When asked his priorities, Morgan replied:[3]
