Harvey Santana is a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 10th District since January 1, 2011.

Santana is a U.S. Navy veteran, and has served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and relief efforts in Bosnia, Somalia and Haiti. He has also worked as a transportation planner for an engineering firm.

Santana attended Henry Ford Community College. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, and later with a Master's degree in Public Administration in 2005.

Santana won election to the District 10 Seat in 2010. He defeated Mia Griller, Khalid Irvin, Quentin Mallory, Stacy Pugh, David Stephen, Angela Stotts-McClary, Sean Thomas and Angy Webb in the August 3 Democratic primary. He defeated Jasmine Ford (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.
