Harvey Weisenberg (b. December 31, 1933) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 20 since 1989. Weisenberg's political experience includes deputy majority whip for the New York State Assembly; as well as president and member of Long Beach City Council.

Weisenberg's professional experiences include school administrator and teacher for East Meadow Schools, and a police officer for the City of Long Beach.
