Haskins Montgomery (b. February 12, 1952) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing District 34. He was first elected to the chamber in 2007.

Montgomery is a former alderman and mayor of Bay Springs, Mississippi.


Montgomery attended Mississippi State University and Jones County Junior College. His professional experience includes working as a farmer, economic developer, and businessman.
