The question on the ballot:
| Shall the School District of the City of Hazel Park, County of Oakland, State of Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed Eight Million ($8,000,000) Dollars and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefore, in one or more series, for the purpose of paying for the cost of the following:
- Equipping and re-equipping school buildings and other facilities for technology systems and technology equipment; - Remodeling, re-equipping and re-furnishing school buildings and other facilities and preparing, developing and improving sites at school buildings and other facilities; and - Preparing, developing, improving, remodeling and equipping athletic field sites and erecting athletic field structures and facilities?
