Helen Miller is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 49th District since 2003.

Miller is an Attorney and Executive Director of Young at Art.

She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, Fort Des Moines Museum and Education Center Board, Iowa State Bar Association, National Black Caucus of State Legislators Executive Committee, State Agricultural and Rural Leaders Inc Board, and Webster County Crime Stoppers.[1]
