Henry A. Gunderson (1878 – 1940) served as Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor from 1936 – October 16, 1937. He resigned to accept an appointment from Governor Philip La Follette to an eight-year term as a member of the state tax commission. He was a member of the Populist Party.[1] Gunderson previously served as the district attorney for Columbia County. Gunderson died of a heart attack in 1940.[2]
