Henry Marsh has been a Democratic member of the Virginia State Senate since 1992, representing the 16th district.

Marsh received a A.B. in Sociology at Virginia Union University and a LL.B. at Howard University.

2007

On Nov. 6, 2007, Marsh won re-election to the 16th District Seat in the Virginia State Senate, defeating opponent Robert Owens (I).[1]

Marsh raised $100,547 for his campaign while Owens raised $6,207.[2]
