Herbert Hilliard is the current vice-chairman of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority. He was first appointed to the agency in July 2012 by Governor Bill Haslam, Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey and House Speaker Beth Harwell.[1][2]

Biography

Hilliard has spent 42 years at First Horizon and is currently the board chair for the National Civil Rights Museum, a board member of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tennessee and a commissioner for the Memphis/Shelby County Airport Authority.[1]
