Hillman Frazier (b. July 17, 1940) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing District 27. He was first elected to the chamber in 1993.

Frazier served in the Mississippi House of Representatives from 1980 to 1993.


Frazier earned his B.A. from Jackson State University in 1971, and J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center in 1974. His professional experience includes working as a consultant.
