This measure sought to implement a police levy in Allegan county, which applies to part of the city of Holland in Ottawa County. The levy would have been at a rate of $.39 per $1,000 of assessed property value and would have been in place for a period of no more than 20 years, with the money going towards building a new Police station and corrections facility.
