Holly Hughes was a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 91 from January 1, 2011 to January 1, 2013.

Hughes is a small business owner in the area of property management. She has also worked for her husband's company Master Tag, which manufactures horticultural tags. Additionally, she has worked with her family business Bolema Lumber, a retail hardware and lumber company.

Hughes holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Michigan State University.

Hughes ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 91. She defeated Max Riekse in the August 7 Republican primary and was defeated by Collene Lamonte (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
