Howard Crawford, Jr. (b. May 15, 1947) is a former Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Caledonia-4 from 1990 to 2004 and again from 2009 to 2013.

Crawford was the Vice President of Quality Motors, Incorporated from 1980 to 1982. He also worked for Saint Johnsbury Academy as the Dean of Students from 1969 to 1980 and from 1982 to the present.

Crawford earned his B.S. from Syracuse University in 1969. He went on to receive his MEd from the Univesity of Vermont in 1980.
