Howard Walker (b. December 12, 1954) is a Republican member of the Michigan State Senate, representing the 37th District since January 1, 2011. Prior to his time in the Senate, Walker served three 2-year terms representing District 104 in the Michigan House of Representatives. He served his final term in the House in 2008.

Before his election to the legislature, Howard owned a land surveying business, and enjoyed a career in the oil and gas industries.

Walker graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Forestry.
