Hubert Houser (b. October 9, 1942) is a Republican member of the Iowa State Senate, representing District 49. Houser was a member of the Carson-Macedonia School Board. He was County Supervisor for Pottawattomie County Board of Supervisors from 1979 to 1993. He served in the Iowa State House of Representatives from 1992 to 2001. He then joined the Iowa State Senate in 2003.

Houser attended Carson Macedonia Community School. He went on to attend Iowa State University.

Houser is a farmer.
