Hubert Houser (b. October 9, 1942) is a Republican member of the Iowa State Senate, representing District 11 since 2013. He previously represented District 49 from 2003 to 2013. Houser was a member of the Carson-Macedonia School Board. He was County Supervisor for Pottawattomie County Board of Supervisors from 1979 to 1993. He served in the Iowa State House of Representatives from 1992 to 2001.

Due to redistricting in 2012, Houser was moved into District 11 and will represent it when the 2013 session begins in January 2013.[1][2]

Houser attended Carson Macedonia Community School. He went on to attend Iowa State University.

Houser is a farmer.
