|“||Shall the total tax rate limitation that may be imposed for all purposes on property in the Charter Township of Huron, Wayne County, Michigan be increased by 2.77 mills ($2.77 per $1,000) of state equalized valuation of all property within said township for a period of Five (5) years, the years 2012 to 2016 both inclusive, to provide funds for the operation and maintenance of the Police Department (2 mills) and the Fire Department (.77 mills); and shall the township levy such increase in millage for such purpose during such period, which will raise in the first year of such levy an estimated $1,146,088.80.||”|
