The Idaho Hunting and Fishing Amendment may appear on the November 6, 2012 ballot in the state of Idaho as an legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would add to the Idaho Constitution the right to hunt, fish and trap in the state. According to reports, the sponsor of the measure is State Senator Lee Heider, who introduced the measure during 2012 state legislative session.[1]
