The Idaho State Prison Control Amendment will appear on the November 6, 2012 ballot in the state of Idaho as an legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure, known as Senate Joint Resolution 102 would allow the State Board of Correction control, direction and management of adult felony probation and parole.[1]
