Illinois Judges Association is an association in Illinois. The association is composed of 1,100 active and retired Illinois State Court Judges.[1]

Services

The association provides a program for teens supporting them to make responsible decisions called "7 Reasons to Leave the Party," which encourages young people to avoid drinking and drugs.[5] [6]

The association, in conjunction with the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association, maintains the Illinois Judicial Ethics Committee.[7]

Issues

The association is in favor of stricter continuing education guidelines for judges.[8]
