Indiana 2010 ballot measures

One statewide ballot measure will appear on the November 2, 2010 ballot as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment- The Indiana Constitution is one of the most difficult in the country to amend, requiring that a proposed amendment be approved by two successive sessions of the Indiana State Legislature with an intervening election.
- Legislative session ended on March 12, 2010.
