The Iowa Attorney General election of 2010 was held on November 2, 2010. Incumbent Democrat Tom Miller held off a challenge from Dexter attorney Brenna Findley in the general election, winning by 11.1 points in a race that some observers had called a toss-up.

Debate

October 19th - University of Iowa

The University of Iowa College of Law played host to the first (and, at this time, only) debate between the two major party candidates in the race for State Attorney General - longtime Democratic incumbent Tom Miller and Republican challenger, Brenna Findley - on Tuesday, October 19th. Moderated by William G. Buss, O.K. Patton Professor Emeritus at the university, topics of discussion included the federal health insurance mandate and gay marriage.
