Jacalyn Cilley was a Democratic candidate for Governor of New Hampshire in the 2012 elections. Cilley was defeated by Margaret Hassan in the Democratic primary on September 11, 2012.[1]

Cilley is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire State Senate. She represented district 6 from 2006 to 2010. She also served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2004 to 2006.

Cilley is a past Adjunct Faculty member at Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. She is also past owner of Cilley and Associates. She is currently partner for Horseshoes Plus, Incorporated.

Cilley earned her BA in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. She went on to receive her MBA from the University of New Hampshire. [2]

Cilley unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination for Governor of New Hampshire in the 2012 elections.[3] The primary election was held on September 11, 2012. Cilley was defeated by Margaret Hassan in the primary. [4]

Cilley ran for re-election to the 6th district seat in 2010. She faced no opposition in the September 14 primary but was defeated by Fenton Groen in the general election took place on November 2, 2010.
