An effort to recall Jacqueline Boggs from her position as the Clerk of Milton Township, Michigan is underway as of March 2010.

Path to the ballot

On March 24, 2010 the Cass County Election Commission approved the clarity language to allow the gathering of signatures of registered voters to recall Jacqueline Boggs, Township Clerk. A minimum of 260 valid signatures are required in order for the recall to be placed on the ballot. If signatures are turned in by April 30th, the recall of Jacqueline Boggs will be on the Township's August primary ballot.
