James Buskey (b. April 10, 1937) is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 99th district, Mobile County. He was first elected in 1976.

Buskey works as an Organizer at Commonwealth National Bank, and Director of the Franklin Memorial Clinic. He previously served as Principal of E.S. Chestang Middle School, Assistant Principal at LeFlore High School, and Assistant Principal at Williamson High School.

Buskey is a member of Aimwell Baptist Church, Alabama Democratic Conference, Alabama State Education Association, National Education Association, and Omega Psi Phi.[1]
