James E. Edmunds, II (b. July 21, 1970) is a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 60. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.


Edmunds earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Averett University in 1996. He runs his family's farm and works as the Deacon at First Presbyterian Church in South Boston. He was also elected to the Halifax County Board of Supervisors in 1999.[1]

Edmunds is running for re-election in the 2013 election for Virginia House of Delegates District 60. Edmunds ran unopposed in the June 11th Republican Primary. The general election takes place on November 5, 2013.
