James Fannin is a Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives. He has represented the 13th District since 2003.

Fannin is an independent businessman. He earned his BS in Agriculture Education.

Fannin as a member of the Democratic Caucus, and Chair of the Louisiana Rural Caucus.[1]
