James Gardner is Vice-Chairman of the Kentucky Public Service Commission. He has served in this position since 2008.

Biography

Gardner served as an elected member of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council from 1982 to 1986. From 1993 to 1997 he was a member of the Fayette County Board of Education, serving as chairman from 1995 to 1997. He was appointed to the KPSC in 2008 and has served on it since.[1]
