James King (b. August 23, 1974) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 33A since January 10, 2007.

King is a businessman. He serves on the Restaurant Association of Maryland Board of Directors, Anne Arundel Cabinet of the United Way of Central Maryland, and the Connor Cares Foundation Board of Directors.

King is Chair of the Commission to Study the Feasibility of Establishing a Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial.[1]

On November 7, 2006, James King ran for District 33A of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the first of two seats, beating Tony McConkey, Patricia Weathersbee, and Paul Rudolph. [2]
