James Miller was a Libertarian candidate for District 31 in the Michigan House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative elections.

Miller is the Libertarian candidate who ran for election to the District 31 Seat in 2010. He was unopposed in the August 3 Republican primary. He was defeated by Marilyn Lane (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.
