James N. Robey has been a Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 13 and serving as Assistant Deputy Majority Leader. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006.


Roney earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and his master's degree in Administration and Management from Hood College.[1]
