James Robey has been a Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate since January 10, 2007. He currently serves as Assistant Deputy Majority Leader.

Roney earned his Masters Degree at Hood College in Administration and Management and his Bachelors in Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland.[1]
