James Tedisco (b. July 15, 1950) is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 110 since 1983. Tedisco is an Assembly Assistant minority whip. His political experiences also include former minority leader pro tempore for New York State; candidate for United States House of Representatives, District 20; and a councilman for Schenectady City Council.

Tedisco's professional experiences include being the athletic director, guidance counselor, and varsity basketball coach for Notre Dame-Biship Gibbons High School; special education teacher and varsity basketball coach for Bethlehem Central High School; and an author.

Tedisco earned a BA in Psychology from Union College and a MA in special education from the College of Saint Rose. He is married to Mary.[1]
