James Young was a Libertarian candidate for District 26 in the Michigan State Senate in the November 2, 2010 state legislative elections.

Young is the Libertarian candidate who ran for election to the District 26 Seat in 2010. He was unopposed in the August 3 Republican primary. He was defeated by Jim Townsend (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.
