Jan Malik (b. April 13, 1956) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 67.

Malik earned his AA from Dean Junior College. He currently works as owner of Malik's Liquors.

Malik joined the Rhode Island House of Representatives in 1997. He has served in that position since, representing the 67th District.

Malik won re-election in the 2012 election forRhode Island House of Representatives District 67. Malik was unopposed in the September 11 Democratic primary and defeated Peter Costa Jr. in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]

Malik won re-election to the 67th District Seat in 2010. She was unopposed in the September 14 Democratic primary and defeated independent Joseph Depasquale in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3][4]
