Janet Duprey (b. November 27, 1945) is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly. She has represented District 114 since 2007. Duprey is also a county committee member of Clinton County Republican Committee. Her other political experiences include treasurer of Clinton County; chair for the Town of Peru Republican Committee; and legislator with Clinton County.

She and her husband, Elmer, have two children John and Michelle.[1]

Duprey defeated David Kimmel in the September 14 Republican primary, but Kimmel secured the Conservative Party nomination. She also faced Rudolph Johnson Sr. (D) in the general election on November 2. In addition to running on the Republican ticket, she ran on the Independence Party of New York State ticket.

2008

On November 4, 2008 Duprey won re-election to the New York State Assembly, District 114. She ran unopposed.

Duprey raised $52,452 for her campaign.[2]
