Jason Sipe was a Libertarian candidate for District 92 of the Indiana House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Sipe lost to Republican incumbent Phillip Hinkle by a margin of 10,060 to 717. Democratic candidate Brett Voorhies came in second with 7,342 votes. [1] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
