Jay Backer was a Republican candidate for District 20A, Minnesota House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Backer ran for election to the District 20A Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Andrew Falk (DFL) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1]
