Jay Walker (b. January 24, 1972) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 26 since 2006.

Walker has been a NFL Quarterback with the Minnesota Vikings and New England Patriots.

Walker is founder and Chair of the Sky Walker Flight School Football Camp, and a member of the Coalition of Concerned Black Christian Men, Prince George's Black Chamber of Commerce, Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, and the Task Force on the Establishment of Vocational and Technical Education High School Academies in Prince George's County.[1]
