Jayne Crosby Giles (b. June 11, 1956) was a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives. She represented the 43rd District from 2006 to 2010.

Giles is Vice President and a Commercial Banking Officer at Machias Savings Bank. She previously worked as Vice President/Market Manager for Camden National Bank from 2000-2008, and in Lending Management at Key Bank from 1978-2000.

Giles is a member of the Abnaki Girl Scout Council Board, an Incorporator at Waldo County General Hospital, Board Member of Broadreach Family Services Personnel Committee, Board Member of Waldo County General Hospital Scholarship Committee, Board Member of United Mid-Coast Charities, and Vice-Chair/Board of Directors for the Waldo County Young Men's Christian Association.[1]
